Weston has over 35 years of management experience. Prior to moving to Colorado, he worked his way up through a small local management firm in Gainesville Florida. Having held practically every position from receptionist, maintenance coordinator, property manager, General Manager and owner he ultimately grew a 300 unit management firm with a staff of 7, into a company with close to 900 rental units, 3300 association doors and a staff of 29. He has called Colorado home for over 16 years and has built a wonderful community of friends. He enjoys skiing, biking, running and spending time with his wife at their cabin. Married since 1993, he and his wife are super proud of their four children, their children's spouses and the best granddaughter in the world!.

With over 17 years in real estate, Bobby is a Managing Partner specializing in residential and commercial property management. He has overseen large portfolios of single-family, multifamily, and commercial assets across multiple markets. In his current role, he drives strategic growth, develops high-performing teams, and delivers a management experience rooted in transparency, accountability, and long-term stability. In his spare time, Bobby enjoys hiking, trail running, skiing, and snowboarding—finding adventure and balance in the outdoors.
John Wampold

Hailing from Baton Rouge Louisiana, John brings over 15 years of industry specific experience to Aspen Management. John received an undergraduate degree in Marketing, as well as an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University, before beginning his career in the real estate industry.
Since receiving his degrees, John has spent his entire career in multi-site property management and real estate development. John brings not only his professional experience and education, but a love for property management and providing his residents with a great place to call home! On the rare occasion John is not working, he can be found skiing or enjoying all the activities of the front range.
Jake Van

After graduating from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, where he earned a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Accounting and Corporate Finance, Jake started his career in real estate serving as the Director of Accounting for Williams Construction LLC, a custom-design-build firm on Kauai. While there he managed $50 million in construction contracts and oversaw various real estate development transactions. Since 2022 Jake has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Kūpono Capital LLC. Alongside overseeing day-to-day accounting and financial procedures, he managed the land acquisition, project underwriting, and entitlements for the development of a boutique, luxury hotel and residences. Once complete, the project will comprise over $500 million in combined real estate. In his free time, Jake enjoys skiing, fly fishing, and elk hunting.
