John Wampold

Hailing from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, John brings over 20 years of industry-specific experience to Aspen Management. He earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing, along with an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University, before launching his career in the real estate industry.

Since completing his education, John has built his career in multi-site property management and real estate development; and for the past 10 years has been based in the Denver metro area, gaining extensive experience in the local market. He brings not only his professional expertise and education, but also a genuine passion for property management and creating great places for residents to call home.

Outside of work, John is an avid sports fan who proudly supports the Saints, LSU, and the Broncos. When he’s not in the office, you can usually find him skiing, hunting, fishing, or enjoying everything the Front Range has to offer.
