Principle Owner

Weston has over 35 years of management experience. Prior to moving to Colorado, he worked his way up through a small local management firm in Gainesville Florida. Having held practically every position from receptionist, maintenance coordinator, property manager, General Manager and owner he ultimately grew a 300 unit management firm with a staff of 7, into a company with close to 900 rental units, 3300 association doors and a staff of 29. He has called Colorado home for over 16 years and has built a wonderful community of friends. He enjoys skiing, biking, running and spending time with his wife at their cabin. Married since 1993, he and his wife are super proud of their four children, their children's spouses and the best granddaughter in the world!
