Weston has over 25 years of management experience. Prior to moving to Colorado, he worked his way up through a small local management firm in Gainesville Florida. Having held practically every position from receptionist, maintenance coordinator, property manager, General Manager and owner he ultimately grew a 300 unit management firm with a staff of 7, into a company with close to 900 rental units, 3300 association doors and a staff of 29. He is proud to now call Colorado home, a state he has always loved. He enjoys skiing, biking and running. Married since 1993, he and his wife are super proud of their four children.
CFO – Partner
Over 15 years ago Scott took over ownership of his family’s management firm, Personalized Management Services. Drawing from years of experience in the corporate world, he applied his expertise in system and project management and grew the firm from a modest handle of properties to a large book of over 100 units. Scott is a long time Boulder resident who enjoys skiing and hiking. When not working or enjoying the outdoors, he can be found pursuing his scuba diving passion. As a long time instructor, he loves to introduce new divers to the sport.
After graduating from Virginia Tech, Bobby entered the multi-family housing industry and soon became a Regional Manager for a large management firm based out of Virginia Beach. Managing a varied portfolio of over 2000 units, he oversaw the successful sales transaction of over $100 million in assets. Bobby joined Aspen Management in 2014 and currently manages a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Front Range. In his spare time, Bobby enjoys snowboarding, hiking and trail running.
While attending The University of Texas at Austin, Anna convinced an apartment owner to hire her in exchange for a unit, and thus began her property management career. Since then, Anna has worked for private investors, regional companies and nationwide REITs. Upon relocating to Colorado, Anna worked for a premier self-storage investment company. Drawing on the customer service and financial management skills learned in the apartment world, she increased occupancy more than 30% and then opened a new location that broke every company record. She approaches each day with one thing on her mind, customer service. When not managing homes, she is active as a parent mentor to families of children diagnosed with autism.
Corinne has close to 25 years experience in property management. Having held a variety of industry positions, her tenacity in research has been the perfect foundation for her success in accounting. In addition to her management experience, she is a running coach and published author. Having run over 60 races from 5ks to 50 milers, her passion for running is infectious.
Meagan has been working in real estate management accounting since 2013. Her attention to detail, love of all numbers and balancing has made her the perfect fit for the job. Whether it is A/R, A/P, reconciliations, budgeting or owner’s statements, Meagan is the epitome of ‘measure twice, cut once’. Prior to moving to Colorado’s front range, she and her family lived on the island of St. John for 4 years which is where she started her career in accounting. When Meagan is not working, she is a wife and a mother of two active children.
Property Administration Coordinator
Tara comes to management by way of the self-storage industry having worked for two large-scale storage firms in Florida and Colorado. Her focus on customer service and teamwork often makes hers, one of the friendliest voices you will hear on the phone. When Tara is out of the office, her passions are nature, fitness and cooking. As a former personal chef, she oftentimes keeps her co-works fat and happy with baked goods.
Having cut her real estate ‘teeth’ in the mortgage industry, Briana puts her vast customer service, administrative, data entry and executive services experience to work in our front office. Cheerful in all circumstances, Briana puts her love of meeting new people into all aspects of her life.
Originally from the Philippines, Melody began her career in guest services for a full-service destination and event management company in Hawaii. She relocated to Dallas working as the site manager for one of the country’s largest self-storage firms and was then recruited to join a top 20 multifamily management company as a leasing agent. Continuing her career in Southern California as a leasing professional, she applied her vast skills to increase occupancy at a 450-unit property from 85% to 95%.
Multi-family Property Manager
Hailing from Baton Rouge Louisiana, John brings over 10 years of industry specific experience to Aspen Management. John received an undergraduate degree in Marketing, as well as an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University, before beginning his career in the real estate industry.
After receiving his degrees, John spent the next 8 years in multi-site property management and real estate development. John brings not only his professional experience and education, but a love for property management and providing his residents with a great place to call home! On the rare occasion John is not working, he can be found skiing or enjoying all the activities of the front range.
